Eager are launching some new flavours and also the packs have been re-branded.

Eager Fruit Juices have been in Tesco for a bit now. Its difficult to get noticed when you are trying to launch a new product…
It was brilliant becasue celebrity chef James Martin has been using Eager Pink Grapefruit Juice to make a Sea Breeze summer cocktail.
TESCO.
EAGER drinks will be available in selected Tesco Stores from next week.
Please have a look on the Ambient Drinks/Long Life Isle (next to the cordials and mixers).

New Year
Hope you had a good start to 2009.
Please note that Eager are now using a Pink Grapefruit instead of the White Grapefruit Juice that we had in 2008.
New Pack & Flavours

Eager Cocktails
Kindly Jess from The Verge Bar in Brick Lane has sent through some of the more popular coktail recipes using Eager Juices.
Please give them a try and i’m sure they will go down very well.
The Refresher
(Jess says about the drink: Having grown up in Australia and never tasted a Refresher sweet in my life, it was a complete fluke, but when my boss tasted it he said it tastes just like them. Transports many of my english customers back to their childhood and despite the pale pink colour, the guys love it too)
35mL Citron Vodka
10mL Creme de Peche
15mL Vanilla syrup
20mL Eager Apple Juice
20mL Eager Cranberry Juice
20mL Fresh Lemon Juice.
Shake and strain over crushed ice, garnish with 2 lemon slices.
It doesn’t need any gomme as the peach and vanilla are sweet enough,
but it has a really nice fresh finish because of the lemon and your juices.
Passionfruit Martini
(Jess says about the drinks: not dissimilar to the Mitch Martini, very simple but very tasty. i think the real passionfruit gives it more of a zing than the mitch, but then it’s got that great round spice of the Zubrowka and apple in the background.)
50mL Zubrowka
20mL passionfruit puree (we use Funkin)
30mL Eager Apple Juice
10mL Gomme
shake really hard to form a froth and serve in a chilled martini glass.
garnish with half a passionfruit (if available).
